There are many more old records like this on eBay. Usually, the time period for buying is fairly short - only a week or two, and it's hard to stay on top of them. I don't try, usually. Do you?

I received a similar email, too, for the same item. I thought it was because they found my name in the Mayflower Quarterly or some other such publication. I never thought of all the other places on-line where I've posted about Soule.
Ebay lets you create an RSS feed from a saved search. It lets me keep an eye out for particular things.
Generally, the NEHGS buys such items and puts them into their manuscripts collections.
