Well Randy--it's finally happened! For the last few years, as I've read your blog, our common New England heritage kept "coming close." (Same town, same cemetery, etc.) I knew it would happen eventually. With this post--we are now officially cousins! Samuel Rice (1634-1685) and Elizabeth King are my 8th great grandparents. By a quick count, looks like they are your 9th, so I think that makes us 9th cousins once removed! Yours is my favorite genealogy blog--and I thought so even before I knew we were related!
