There are many free and subscription websites that do not publish easily findable numbers.

What other websites and what other numbers should I be benchmarking? Are some of the numbers wrong? Please tell me in Comments and I will edit the list above!

Randy, I love that you are a 'numbers' guy. I love the numbers, also. I heard Ron Tanner in his January 10, 2018 video say that the FamilySearch Family Tree just hit 445 million people. Pretty amazing for one world tree!

Randy,

I am building a personal family website , and offering a new book on Our Taylor family history , titled " Are we related to Anyone famous ?" based on a question my grandson asked me two years ago.

Do you have any data on demographics of persons searching for genealogy ?

My guess is it skews to age 55+ , above average income , and more female

Thanks

Josh Taylor
