This was the first year in a very long time, that I did not hear fireworks near my home into the wee hours....people actually heeding the city's request to not do fireworks due to Montana's very dry landand fire weary crews.<br /><br />I was watching the first 2 parts of the HBO series John Adams prior to this holiday, and can commend it for a wonderful perspective for our current national issues. Our leaders have always been in conflict, had huge burdens and decisions weighing on them -- always a great reminder to continually uphold them all in prayer.
