Treasure Chest Thursday - Post 272: 1810 U.S. Census Record for Amos Underhill Household in Piermont, N.H.

It's Treasure Chest Thursday - time to look in my digital image files to see what treasures I can find for my family history and genealogy musings.

The treasure today is the  1810 United States Census record for the Amos Underhill household in Piermont, Grafton County, New Hampshire:

The record for Amos Underhill is:

The information that can be extracted from this record includes:

*  two males under age 10 [probably sons Cyrus Metcalf Underhill (born 1804) and James Pierce Undethill (born 1809)]
*  one male aged 26 to 45 [certainly Amos Underhill]

*  one female aged 26 to 45 [certainly Mary Underhill]

The source citation for this record is:

1810 United States Federal Census, Grafton County, New Hampshire, population schedule, Piermont township, page 366 (stamped), Amos Underhill household; digital image, (, citing National Archives Microfilm Publication M292, Roll 23.

Amos and Mary (Metcalf) Underhill are my fourth great-grandparents.  I am descended through their daughter Mary Ann Underhill (1816-1883) who married Samuel Vaux (1816-1880) in about 1838.
