I discovered an envelope of small photographs saved when my mother died in 2002 - it was hiding in plain sight in the Genea-Cave!
My brother Stanley was born in September 1946 and my life changed. The photo below is of me (the blond boy) at age 3 with my baby brother, taken probably in early 1947:
My guess is that my mother or grandfather took this photograph which is probably in the Carringer's back yard at 2130 Fern Street. I have no idea what I was tasting or smelling when this picture was taken!
This is the first photograph I have of my brother, I think.
