Pop-pop and Granddaughters in 1977 -- Post 580 of (Not So) Wordless Wednesday

I can't help it, I can't do a wordless post!  I found some more family photos hiding in my voluminous My Pictures file folder - I don't think I've posted this one yet.

This is a photograph from November 1977 (I think!) of my father, Frederick Walton Seaver (1911-1983) with my two daughters, Tami (age 1 year) and Lori (age 3 years).  

This photo was taken in my parents home at 2119 30th Street.  They moved to Point Loma soon after this time.

My daughters called my father Pop-pop, because they called my mother Nana.  

I know my father loved to see these two wiggly little girls.  I wish that he had lived for several more years so he could have seen his granddaughters play softball.  He would have loved that Lori was a pitcher and Tami was a catcher into their high school years.  He was a catcher when he played in the 1920s and early 1930s.
