Lori and Tami at Yosemite in 1987(?) #2 -- Post 622 of (Not So) Wordless Wednesday

I can't help it, I can't do a wordless post! I found some more family photos hiding in Linda's family photo boxes. This is one of my favorite photographs:

We often went to the San Francisco Bay area at Christmas time in the 1970s to the early 1990s to visit Linda's parents and her brother.  Some years, we took a side trip to visit other friends or sightsee at a park or feature.  In 1987 (I think) we went to Yosemite National Park and did some sightseeing.  On this trip, I think we left San Francisco in the morning, stayed in a motel west of Yosemite, then visited the park (the valley, the lodge, waterfalls) during the next day, and then stayed overnight in Fresno with one of Linda's cousins.

The photo above shows Lori (age 13?) and Tami (age 10?) with on rocks by a cold stream (Merced River?) in Yosemite.  Which stream?  I'm not sure any more!  Anyway, we had fun!

These photos were scanned from photographs created from developed film prints and are not particularly sharp, but they are what we have!

Several times a year when our children were growing up, Linda sent photographs to her parents and brother in San Francisco. When her father died in 2002, her brother sorted out the photos and gave Linda the ones that were of our family and the ones interacting with them. They were given to us in a big box of stuff back in 2006, and we finally looked at them last year! I've started digitizing them for use in these Wordless Wednesday posts.
