Added and Updated Ancestry.com Record Collections - Week of 3 to 9 May 2025

  The following genealogy record collections were added to the Ancestry.com Card Catalog page by Date Updated during the period from 3 to 9 May 2025:


The ADDED and Updated collections include:

  • Montana, U.S., Birth Records, 1897-1988; 3,307,587 indexed records with record images, Updated 5/8/2025.  This collection contains birth certificates from Montana that took place between the years of 1897 to 1988.
  • London, Ontario, Canada, Catholic Orphanage Records, 1852-1924; 17,035 indexed records with record images, ADDED 5/7/2025. This collection includes a variety of records from Catholic orphanages operated by the Sisters of St. Joseph in London, Ontario, Canada. 
  • Poland, Historical Postcards, 1860-1949; 5,509 indexed records with record images, ADDED    5/7/2025. This collection contains postcards printed in Poland that are mostly from the early 1900s, but some may date back as early as 1800. 
  • Arkansas, U.S., Divorces, 1923-1974; 1,432,647 indexed records with record images, Updated 5/7/2025.  This collection contains divorce records from the state of Arkansas that took place between the years of 1923 and 1973.
  • UK, Postal Establishment Books, 1691-1979; 1,655,863 indexed records with record images,  ADDED 5/7/2025.  This collection contains postal establishment books from the United Kingdom, dating from 1691 through 1979. Most records are from England, Wales, Scotland, and Ireland.
  • Iowa, U.S., Marriage Records, 1880-1949; 8,478,856 indexed records with record images, Updated 5/7/2025.  That trip your ancestors took down the aisle left a paper trail. Follow it with these marriage records from Iowa for the years 1880–1948.
  • UK, World War II Audio, 1939-1945; 47 indexed records without record images, ADDED 5/5/2025.  This collection contains audio of interviews and oral histories of British women who worked in the UK during World War II. Most are oral histories by women who worked in the Women’s Land Army, although there are also accounts from female civilians.

By my count, there were 4 NEW record collections ADDED this past week, per the list above.  There are now 33,780 collections available as of 9 May, an INCREASE of 4 from last week.
