Dewing To all Christian People before whom
to this Deed of Sale shall come Andrew Dewing of Dedham in
Plimpton the County of Suffolk in His Majestys Province of the Massachusetts Bay
in New England Sendeth Greeting & Co Know Ye That I the
said Andrew Dewing Do alienate and Sell for and in Conside-
ration of Forty Shillings of good Current Money in hand
Received and well and truly paid by John Plimpton of Medfield
in the County aforesaid wherewith I do acknowledge
my Self fully paid to my good Content and therefore I do
hereby for my Self and my Heirs fully and absolutely acquitt
and Discharge the said John Plimpton and his Heirs
there from forever Have and by these Presents Do Give Grant
Enfeoff alienate Sell and Confirm to the said John Plimpton
and to his Heirs Executors admors and assigns forever ...
Seventy Acres of Land more or less my whole woodlott as it
lyeth in Dedham aforesaid in the General Divident near
Medfield as it is Bounded and abutteth upon the Land
granted to Henry White towards the South and upon the
Land Granted to John Bacon in part and the End of the
Common Meadow in part towards the North Medfield
Pound Line West and the Waste Land East all which said
Land as it is Described Bounded and abutted as aforesaid
I the said Andrew Dewing Do hereby avouch my Self to be the
true Sole owner thereof and in my own power the Same
Legally to make sale of at the Day of the date hereof and
with the said Land I do hereby Warrant all the Wood
Timber Profits Fruits Benefits & advantages that are in
& upon or in any ways properly belonging thereunto or that
may at any Time hereafter be attained therefrom To be abide
& Remain & good Estate of Sound Inheritance in Fee Simple

To Have and To Hold to him the said John Plimplon
and to his Heirs Executors admors and assigns in Peaceable
Possession forever free from all former Gifts Grants Sales Leases
Joyntures Judgments Executions Mortgages Dowrys and all
other Legal Molestations whatsoever from by or under me the
said Andrew Dewing or any of my heirs and I do hereby Engage
to Defend the title of the said Land against the Lawfull Claims
of all persons whosoever and hereby I Render and give Seizen
and Lawfull Possession of all the said Land In Witness whereof
I the said Andrew Dewing have hereunto Sett my Hand
and affixed my seal this 22'd Day of March In the year Anno
Domini one thousand Six Hundred Ninety Nine 700 In
Twelfe year of His Majestys Reign King William the Third

Andrew Dewing Personally appeared before me the Subscriber
one of His Majestys Justices for the County of Suffolk and Owned
this Instrument to be his act and Deed May 22'd 1700.
