William Harold Seaver (1877-1944) was the son of William Harris Caroline Eliza (Cowdrey) Seaver of Pomfret, Vermont.  He married Beulah Gertrude Hall (1883-1975) on 18 June 1912 in Brooklyn, New York.  They had two children:

*  William Hosmer Seaver (1916-1974), who married Mary Elizabeth Nevin (1921-2006) in 1947 in Tucson, Arizona.
*  Ruth Sweet Seaver (1919-2003), who married Hobart Clark Paige (1922-1999) in 1942 in Woodstock, Vermont.

I am a 6th cousin 3 times removed to William Harold Seaver, with common Seaver ancestors of my 8th great-grandparents Shubael Seaver (1640-1730) and Hannah Wilson (1647-1722).

There are over 10,000 Seaver "stories" in my family tree - and this was one of them.   Life happens, accidentally and intentionally, and sometimes a person has a relatively short life and a full obituary.  I am glad that I can honor William Harold Seaver today.

You never know when a descendant or relative will find this blog post and learn something about their ancestors or relatives, or will provide more information about them to me.
