This record is an Original Source with Primary Information and Direct Evidence of the name of Sarah Hagar, her parents names, and her birth date and place.

Sarah Hagar (1651-1722) was the daughter of William and Mary (Bemis) Hagar of Watertown.  She married Nathaniel Whitney (1646-1733) on 12 March 1673/4 in Watertown.  They had eight children born in Watertown, and Sarah died 29 July 1722 in Weston, Massachusetts, which was part of Watertown before about 1707.

Nathaniel and Sarah (Hagar) Whitney are my 7th great-grandparents, through their son William Whitney (1683-1720), who married Martha Peirce (1681-1759) in 1706 in Watertown.
