Saturday Night Genealogy Fun -- Your 2023 Christmas Genea-Gifts

 Calling all Genea-Musings Fans:

 It's Saturday Night again -

Time for some more Genealogy Fun!!

Come on, everybody, join in and accept the mission and execute it with precision.

1) Was Genea-Santa good to you?  What genealogy gifts did you receive for Christmas this year?

2) Tell us about them in your own blog post, in a comment on this post, or in a Facebook Status  post.  Please leave a link on this post if you write your own post.

Here's mine:

I received one genea-gift from my descendants:

My daughter and her three beautiful children (now 18, 15, and 9) have me this great T-shirt:

The photo on the shirt is of Linda and myself  in her room at her memory care facility in July 2023.  The crocheted headband on Linda's head was made by her granddaughter.

Sometimes things happen by making a misteak - Tami forgot she ordered one and ordered another one just like it - so she gave that one to Linda.

Oh, I also got a Christmas haircut from my daughter who has a new tool that made quick work of my longer locks.

One other family history Christmas gift - I really enjoyed talking to all three grandkids about their school and what they were studying and learning.  One more gift - the hugs.

And one more - I gifted myself the Kindle version of Nathan Dylan Goodwin's latest novella - The Deserter's Tale.

I did not receive any Christmas genea-gifts. That's a terrific t-shirt! Best wishes to you, Linda and your descendants in 2024.

I actually received a genea-gift related to the request in my Genea-Santa letter.
