He married Betty Brinkworth (1699-????) on 10 December 1718 in Lacock. She was the daughter of Robert and Susanna (Woodburn) Brinkworth.
Jacob and Betty (Brinkworth) Angel are my 6th great-grandparents; they had at least 7 children, including my 5th great-grandfather Thomas Angel (1723-1770) who married Elizabeth Hiscock (1727-1758) in 1745 in Lacock, Wiltshire.
