The treasure today is the 1711 birth record of Ruth Hawkins in the Providence, Rhode Island town records:

Ruth Hawkins (1711-1789) was the 4th child (of 5) of William Hawkins (1679-1712) and Elizabeth Arnold (1684-1758) of Providence, Rhode Island.
This birth record is, I believe, a derivative source copy of the original town records in the Providence town record books.
Nathaniel Wade (1709-1754) married Ruth Hawkins (1711-1789) in 1731 in Scituate, Rhode Island, and they had 6 children between 1731 and 1746. They are my 6th great-grandparents. I am descended from their son Simon Wade (1731-1800) who married Deborah Tracy (1731-1800) in about 1763 and resided in Foster, Rhode Island.
