This record is a Derivative Source, with Primary Information and Direct Evidence of the birth of Solomon Carpenter in Rehoboth, Massachusetts in 1677. The original record is probably in a Rehoboth town record book that is no longer extant.
Solomon Carpenter (1677-1750) was born on 23 December 1677 in Rehoboth, Massachusetts, the son of Samuel and Sarah (Redway) Carpenter. He married Elizabeth Tefft (1687-b1750) in about 1702 in South Kingstown, Rhode Island. They had six children.
Solomon and Sarah (Redway) Carpenter are my 7th great-grandparents. I am descended through their son, Daniel Carpenter (1712-1763) who married Renewed Smith (1712-a1763) on 29 April 1733 in North Kingstown, Rhode Island.
