Austin and Della Carringer in the Garden In About 1920 -- Post 810 of (Not So) Wordless Wednesday

I can't help it, I can't do a wordless post! This is one of my favorite photographs:

This photograph is of my great-grandparents Henry Austin and Della (Smith) Carringer in about 1920 (Della would be age 57 and Austin age 66 in 1920) working in the gardens on the side of their home at 2105 30th Street in San Diego.  They were excellent at growing fruit, vegetables, plants and trees on their property.  This is one of the only photographs I have of them in their garden.  They had a sunny garden area, perhaps on the eastern side of the house which had sun in the morning.

This photograph is part of my family history.  I colorized it using the MyHeritage photo tools.
