I can't help it, I can't do a wordless post! This is one of my favorite and most priceless family photographs:
This photograph is of three females wearing hats at an unknown-to-me place. The females, from the left, are:
- My maternal grandmother, Emily Kemp (Auble) Carringer (1899-1977)
- My mother, Betty Virginia Carringer (1919-2002)
- My maternal great-grandmother, Georgianna (Kemp) Auble (1867-1952).
The photograph was taken in about 1929 in San Diego, Califronia, perhaps in Balboa Park, or Betty's school.
