By this record it appears that Cornelius Feather received Donation Lot 963 in April 1846 from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and sold it immediately to Joshua Russell for $234 in May 1846.  The deed was recorded in 1857.

Cornelius Feather (1777-1853) married Mary Partridge in about 1804 and they had five children.  They are my 4th great-grandparents through their daughter Sarah Feather (1804-1848) who married Henry Carringer (1800-1879) before 1825.
