============================================

In order to select a specific record collection on FamilySearch, go to  https://familysearch.org/search/collection/list and use the "Filter by collection name" feature in the upper left-hand corner.

My friend, Marshall, has come up with a way to determine which collections are ADDED, DELETED or UPDATED.  Thanks to Marshall for helping me out here!

Each one of the collections listed above has a Research Wiki page (use the "Learn more" link).  It would be very useful if the Wiki page for each collection listed the dates for when the collection was added as a new collection and the dates for major updates also.

I see that you have Dell in your family background. My grandmother was a Dilley and my father did genealogical research into her family in the 80's. They went back to an immigrant, George Dell, who settled in Salem, Massachusetts (date unknown) then moved to Boston in 1639. I don't know if these are your family also, and the research is old (although he was pretty careful). If they are, he wrote up "A Short and Incomplete Genealogical History of James Monroe Dilley, His Ancestors and Decendants(sic)" by Patrick Martin Flanagan, February 1987. I have made this 47 page document into a PDF file and if these people are of interest to you would be willing to send you a copy.

I am relatively new at this and have been working on my mother's lines with little forays into my father's when I see something. This has not been updated since he wrote it.
