This record is a  derivative source record for the birth of Thomas Hazard.   The original record is in the North Kingstown town record books, which are on Family History Library US/CAN microfilms, available at the local FamilySearch Center.  

Thomas Hazard (1707-1745) was the son of Stephen and Elizabeth (Helme) Hazard.    He married Hannah Slocum of South Kingstown in 1730.  

Thomas and Hannah (Slocum) Hazard are my  6th great-grandparents, through their son Stephen Hazard (1730-1804) who married  Elizabeth Carpenter (1741-????) in 1760.
