I can't help it, I can't do a wordless post! This is one of my favorite photographs:
Our granddaughter, Audrey, was born in April 2008. Her first visit to Chula Vista with her parents and sister was in late May 2008. I love my grandbabies at all ages! One of my traditions with babies is to doze in my recliner with them in peaceful repose. To see them breathe, scrunch up to sleep on my chest, check out their fingers and toes, and look in their face wondering what they are thinking. They do grow up from someone very small to a walking, talking child, to a snarky pre-teen full of confidence, to a smart teenager. This one will be 15 years old in a few months now.
This is all part of our family history!
