Granddaughter Lauren With Randy in Late 2005 -- Post 725 of (Not So) Wordless Wednesday

I can't help it, I can't do a wordless post! This is one of my favorite photographs:

Linda and I loved being grandparents of babies and toddlers.  They were so much fun - each one was different as they grew to be little persons, and then big persons.  They developed and learned so much in those fist two years.  This photo is from late 2005 and was taken in our family room in Chula Vista before we put in the hardwood floors, and with the old TV/radio/player console too.  This is granddaughter Lauren at age 9 months - she was crawling, and loved to play with colorful things.  I think we still have all of those colorful things hidden away for posterity.  She will be age 18 in February 2023.

This is all part of our family history!
