The Happy Couple at the Altar in 1970 -- Post 765 of (Not So) Wordless Wednesday

  I can't help it, I can't do a wordless post! This is one of my favorite photographs:

We made it to the altar of Chula Vista Presbyterian Church without a mishap on 21 March 1970, and said our vows with only one mistake - the pastor asked Linda if she would take Randy for her lawfully wedded wife!  We were still smiling/beaming.  Linda's dimples were evident!

This photograph is posed, of course, after the wedding ceremony and was taken during the "official" photographs.  Then it was on to the wedding reception at the church hall, the departure in my Thunderbird, then off to my parents house until it was time to go to the airport for our honeymoon in Acapulco.  We have been married over 53 years now.

This is all part of our family history.
