RootsTech London 2019 LiveStream and Premium Video Schedules

I received this information from FamilySearch today:

Watch RootsTech London Whenever and Wherever You Want!
Is travelling to London for RootsTech not an option for you? Would you still like access to great content from the conference? We’re thrilled to announce two virtual options that will allow you to watch the conference from anywhere in the world—whenever and wherever you’d like!
Free Live StreamPremium Virtual Pass
There are two virtual options for you to enjoy RootsTech London:
  • Free LivestreamWe’ll be livestreaming 3 sessions (including the keynote general sessions) from RootsTech London each day on our homepage. These sessions will be available for free. See the full livestream schedule here. All times are listed in GMT, but you can use this handy time converter tool to calculate when the sessions will be available in your time zone:
  • Premium Virtual Pass—This pass is perfect for any genealogist or family history lover who is unable to travel to London and attend the conference in person. With the premium virtual ticket, you get exclusive access to 20 recorded sessions from the conference that won’t be available to watch anywhere else—all for only £49 (roughly $60)! Learn more about the premium virtual pass and the classes included here.

For the three livestream sessions each day, the 9 a.m. GMT time translates to 5 a.m. EDT, 4 a.m. CDT, 3 a.m. MDT and 2 a.m. PDT.  The 11 a.m. GMT sessions are 7 a.m. EDT, 6 CDT, 5 MDT, and 4 PDT; and the 1 p.m. GMT sessions 9 EDT, 8 CDT, 7 MDT, and 6 PDT).

It is unclear to me if the three sessions will be viewable on the site each day after the live broadcast.  I hope that they will be so that viewers in the USA can see them later in the day.

The Premium Pass classes will not be livestreamed - they will be videoed and put online 15 to 20 days after the event.  The classes that are shown in the Premium pass will be exclusive until 31 July 2020, and then will be free to see in the RootsTech archive.

This is good news for those of us who are not or cannot attend RootsTech London 2019.  Thank you to FamilySearch for providing these educational opportunities.
