4)  NOTES (with source citations as indicated in brackets):

The parentage of Sarah Grande remains a mystery.  The most likely parents are Robert Grandy/ Grundy (1656-1693) and Mary Parker (1654-1691) who resided in Boston in the 1670 to 1700 time frame.  There are no birth or baptism records for Sarah Grande.  It is estimated that she was born in about 1691.

Sarah Grande married Thomas Allen (1690-1777) of Sudbury on 27 June 1711 in Wayland, Massachusetts[1-2].  The Wayland town record for this marriage says[1]:
"Thomas Allen & Sarah Grande were joyned in marrige June ye 27'th .....1711"
The marriage is also recorded in the Sudbury town records[2].

Thomas and Sarah (Grande) Allen had four children between 1713 and 1719, all recorded in Sudbury town records:

*  Thomas Allen (1713-????), married about 1740 to Beulah Stone (1718-1762).
*  Daniel Allen (1715-????).
*  Sarah Allen (1717-1796), married 1735 to Jeremiah Knowlton (1713-1752).
*  Grace Allen (1719-1785), married 1739 to John Bigelow (1715-1787).

Sarah, may have died after the birth of Grace in Sudbury in 1719, but there are no death or burial records for her.
