I'll be interested to see your review. I bought GenDetective at NGS. When I 1st tried to use it there was a bug that prevented it from loading my GedCom. I contacted their Tech Support and that has now been fixed. I haven't had a chance to thoroughly test it but I have seen a few other buggy things that I e-mailed them about this morning.

The only thing I can say for sure right now is this thing creates a ton of reports.

I'm always interested in new software but from looking briefly at the GenDetective website I'm confused as to the difference or added value of this software compared to the tried and true GenSmarts. I hope you can address this in your review as well.

FYI - I'm not affiliated in any way with GenSmarts, just a loyal user. =^)
