This death record is in the Killingly, Connecticut Town Hall registers, which was microfilmed by the Family History Library many years ago, and recently digitized by FamilySearch. The record is on digital microfilm available for at-home viewing on FamilySearch.
Simon Wade is my 4th great-grandfather, who married Phebe Horton (1772-1820) in about 1790. I am descended from their daughter, Miranda Wade (1804-1850) and her spouse, Jonathan White (1803-1850).
