There are 20 items on the list above, but only 12 newly added databases (according to FamilySearch) since 1 October, so I have missed eight. Oh well! I will update the list as I receive more information about the new databases.
All FamilySearch Historical Record Collections can be accessed at https://www.familysearch.org/search/collection/list. You can see the date that collections were recently added or updated by clicking on the "Last Updated" link. However, there is no indicator whether the specific collections are newly added.
