Randy, I never realized we were Colburn cousins. I'm descended from Edward Colb orne through my 2x great grandmother Lucy Coburn. Edward is my 8x great grandfather,
I usually look at the Surname Saturday entries and say, "oh, that's nice" -- don't recognize any names. Like Bill, though, this week I find that you've linked to my family! Hannah Colburn is my first cousin 10x removed (and I'm not sure which Lucy is referred to in Bill's post; I have two, a generation apart in terms of year -- born in 1731 and 1757 -- but both are 2nd cousins 9x removed).
