1900 Wedding Photo of My Paternal Grandparents -- Post 667 of (Not So) Wordless Wednesday

I can't help it, I can't do a wordless post! This is one of my favorite colorized photographs:

This is the 1900 wedding photograph of my grandparents, Frederick Walton Seaver (1876-1942) and Alma Bessie Richmond (1882-1962) on 21 June 1900 in Leominster, Massachusetts.  Fred was the son of Frank Walton Seaver (1851-1922) and Hattie Louisa Hildreth (1857-1920).  Bessie was the daughter of Thomas richmond (1848-1917) and Julia E. White (1848-1913).  Fred and Bessie had seven children, and my father, Frederick Walton Seaver, Jr. (1911-1983) was the fifth child.

I was born in 1943, so I never met my grandfather.  I did meet my grandmother, Bessie (Richmond) Seaver, in 1958 when she visited my family in San Diego on vacation with her daughter's family.

This photograph was originally black-and-white and I colorized it and enhanced using the MyHeritage InColor photo tools.
