MyHeritage Improves their Online Family Tree

 Here is more information from Daniel Horowitz of MyHeritage:

=============================================

I’m pleased to announce that the most popular view for family trees on MyHeritage has been improved with a new design — making it easier than ever to navigate your family tree and make new discoveries.

It’s easy to get absorbed in family history research, and spend hours on the family tree. The new tree design, which is cleaner and more modern, helps improve the overall user experience and make discovering your family history easier and more enjoyable. We have added useful new features, and some nice touches.

The improvements also include a new Relationship diagram that enables you to visualize your relationship to other people in the family tree to easily understand how you are related.

Other enhancements include a revamped side panel with one-click buttons to view the Relationship diagram, view Smart Matches™, Record Matches, or DNA Matches for a person. You’ll also see if MyHeritage identified any inconsistencies in your tree. In addition, we’ve added more options that enable you to customize the display of your family tree.

Watch this video for a brief overview of what’s new, and read the blog post for the full details about the improvements to the online family tree.

Disclosure: I receive a complimentary subscription to MyHeritage, and gave received other material consideration in past years. I uploaded my autosomal DNA raw data to their DNA product. This does not affect my objective analysis of MyHeritage products.
