Treasure Chest Thursday -- 1701 Marriage Entry For Thomas Baverick and Elizabeth Beeger in Cambridge, Mass.

It's Treasure Chest Thursday - a chance to look in my digital image files to see what treasures I can find for my family history and genealogy musings.

The treasure today is the 1701 Marriage entry for Thomas Baverick and Elizabeth Beeger in the Cambridge, Massachusetts vital records book:
The marriage entry is the 2nd entry from the top in the Baverick listings:
The transcription of this record is:

"[BAVERICK Tho[mas] and Elizabeth Beeger, Oct. 9, 1701."

The source citation for this record is:

Thomas W. Baldwin (compiler), Vital Records of Cambridge, Massachusetts to the Year 1850 (Boston, Mass. : New England Historic Genealogical Society, 1915), Marriages, page 30, Thomas Baverick and Elizabeth Beeger entry, 9 October 1701.

This is an entry in a published Cambridge vital record book.  It is a Derivative Source with Primary Information and Direct Evidence of the marriage of Thomas Baverick and Elizabeth Beeger on 9 October 1701 in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Thomas Baverick [also Bathrick] (1675-1762) was the son of Thomas and Ruth (Buck) Bathrick of Cambridge.  Elizabeth Beeger was probably the Elizabeth Lynn (or Lyon?) who married Francis Begar (1678-1701) in 1697 in Cambridge, and then Thomas Bathrick in 1701.  Thomas and Elizabeth (Lynn?) (Beeger) Bathrick are my 7th great-grandparents through their son John Bathrick (1702-1769) who married Mary --?--) before 1722.
