Randy's Cousins -- 3rd Cousin 8 Times Removed Samuel Adams (1722-1803) of Massachusetts, a Declaration of Independence Signer

 This week's famous cousin is Samuel Adams (1722-1803). the noted Governor of Massachusetts and Signer of the Declaration of Independence.

When Samuel Adams was born on 16 September 1722, in Boston, Massachusetts Bay Colony, British Colonial America, his father, Samuel Adams, was 33 and his mother, Mary Fifield, was 28. He married Elizabeth Checkley on 17 October 1749, in Boston, Suffolk, Massachusetts Bay Colony, British Colonial America. They were the parents of at least 4 sons and 2 daughters. In 1794, his occupation is listed as governor of Massachusetts. He died on 2 October 1803, in Boston, Suffolk, Massachusetts, United States, at the age of 81, and was buried in Boston, Suffolk, Massachusetts, United States.
