• Maine, U.S., Church Records, 1811-1911; 18,836 indexed records with record images, Updated 7/21/2026. This collection contains church records from Bangor, Gorham, and Portland, Maine, dated between 1811 and 1911. This collection includes a variety of church records, including membership lists.
• 1939 England and Wales Register; 45,915,080 indexed records with record images, Updated 7/21/2026. The 1939 Register is a detailed survey of the civilian population in England and Wales during the Second World War, initially taken for ration books and to issue identity cards. 
• Maine, U.S., Civil War Records, 1862-1866; 9,157 indexed records with record images, ADDED 7/20/2026. This collection contains records dated between 1862 and 1866 for Maine residents who served in the Union Army during the American Civil War.
• Bangor, Maine, U.S., World War I Albums, 1914-1918; 3,178 indexed records with record images, ADDED 7/20/2026. This collection contains photographs and information about men and women from Bangor, Maine, who served in the armed forces during World War I. 
• Maine, U.S., Employment Records, 1823-1932; 5,599 indexed records with record images, ADDED 7/20/2026. This collection contains records relating to employment in Bangor and Dover, Maine, dating from 1823 to 1932. Most of the records are business licenses from Bangor, but other records are also included.
• Maine, U.S., State and City Institutions Records, 1832-1927; 8,390 indexed records with record images, ADDED 7/20/2026. This collection contains records from state and city institutions in Maine, dated between 1832 and 1927. The collection includes “Overseers of the poor” records from the city of Bangor from 1832 to 1927, and commitments to mental hospitals from 1891 to 1903.
• Bangor, Maine, U.S., Bangor Hotel Visitor Log 1838-1841; 9,290 indexed records with record images, ADDED 7/20/2026. This collection contains visitor logs from 1838 to 1841 for the hotel at the Penobscot Exchange Coffee House.
