This is a Derivative Source record which is a copy of an earlier Sudbury record book (since the records are listed alphabeticall by surname first letter and then by year), for the marriage of Joseph Severs and Mary Reed in Sudbury, Massachusetts Bay Colony. It is Primary Information and Direct Evidence of the names of Joseph and Mary and their marriage date and place.
Joseph Seaver (1672-1754) and Mary Read (1679-????) are my 7th great-grandparents, who married in 1701 in Sudbury and had six children. I am descended through their son Robert Seaver (1702-1752) who married Eunice Rayment (1707-1772) in 1726.
