Guest Speaker:  Christine Klukkert

"Utilizing Ancestry.com with
Tips, Tricks & Tree Tactics"

Christine has used Ancestry.com as her main research platform since 2000, and has built many trees. Along the way, she has developed her own practical - - and sometimes unconventional - - approaches to organizing research, tracking evidence, and capturing the context that surrounds the records. In this session, Chris shares the methods she uses to keep her research organized, flexible, and meaningful. You will learn practical ideas you can use immediately.

Christine Klukkert is a member of the Genealogical Society of Santa Cruz County, and also a long-time member of the Santa Barbara County Genealogical Society where she wears many hats, including serving as Education Director. Chris has been researching her own family history since 1989, and she has taken a deep dive into DNA analysis and the accompanying tree-building that is essential to understanding her genetic history.
