Treasure Chest Thursday - 1614 Baptism of Susanna Page in Ingham, Suffolk, England

It's Treasure Chest Thursday - a time to look in my digital image files to see what treasures I can find for my family history and genealogy musings.

The treasure today is the 1614 baptism record for Susanna Page in the Ingham, Suffolk, England parish registers:

The burial record for Susanna Page is the 3th entry in the 1614 entries on the page:

The transcription of the burial entry is:

" Susanna the daughter of Thomas Page was baptized the 4th day of December [1614]"

The source citation for this record is:

Ingham, Suffolk, England Parish Register, Susanna Page baptism record, 4 December 1614; imaged, Ancestry.com  (https://www.ancestry.com/imageviewer/collections/62751/images/62751_372055000018_2512-00030 : accessed 14 October 2026), "Suffolk, England, Church of England Baptisms, Marriages and Burials, 1538-1812," > Ingham, 1538-1812 > page 25 (penned, image 28 of 148).

This is an image of an Original Source record in the Ingham Parish Register for the baptism of Susanna Page on 4 December 1614 in Ingham, Suffolk, England. It is Primary Information and Direct Evidence of  the names of Susanna Page and her father Thomas Page, and the date and place of baptism.

Susanna Page (1614-1691) is my 9th great-grandmother, the daughter of Thomas and Susanna (--?--) Page  who married Thomas Gleson (1609-1686) in 1634 in Cockfield, Suffolk, and eventually migrated to Massachusetts Bay Colony. I am descended through her son Joseph Gleason (1640-1715) who married Martha Russell (1647-1684) in 1667 in Cambridge, Massachusetts Bay Colony.
