All Dressed Up at the Beach -- Post 310 for (Not So) Wordless Wednesday

I am posting family photographs from my collection on Wednesdays, but they aren't "Wordless" - I am incapable of having a wordless post!

Here is a photograph from my grandfather's photo album in the Seaver/Carringer family collection handed down by my mother in the 1988 to 2002 time period:

This is a photograph in the Lyle Carringer photograph album taken in about 1908, probably by Lyle himself.  It is at a beach (I'm guessing Coronado beach, near the Hotel del Coronado, but I may be wrong).  You can see the waves at the shoreline.  I can make out a sailing ship on the ocean on the far right.

The three persons standing in the photo have the build of Lyle's parents (Henry Austin and Della (Smith) Carringer, on the left and right respectively) and his grandmother (Abbie (Vaux) Smith, in the middle).

Look at what they are wearing!  the male (Henry?) has a suit, coat, tie and hat on, and the two women (Abbie and Della?) have long dresses, and stylish hats.  Of course, most of the other persons on the beach are fully clothed also (it's hard to tell because of the distance).
