Does any reader connect to this particular SMITH line?
I don't have a lot of family history information for this SMITH line. I still have town, church, deeds and probate records in Suffolk County (before 1793) and Norfolk County (after 1793) to search. One more major task on my "forever" to-do lists!

I too am descended from Henry and Elizabeth Smith… by three different lineage paths! That’s fairly common among my Medfield folk: when my great-great grandmother, Harriet Mason, was born there in 1824, her ancestors had been in Medfield (or nearby in Dedham, etc.) for eight and nine generations. Much of the information I have about them has been derived from Tilden’s history of Medfield, but I’d be happy to compare notes with you.
Here are the three lineage paths from Henry Smith to Harriet Mason:

I live in Worcester County, and have been down to Medfield on several occasions. I have a hi-res photograph of the tombstone of Henry Smith (1680-1743), but the inscription is almost entirely melted away. I'd be happy to send it to you if you're interested.
