I'm posting old (and sometimes new) family photographs from my collection on Wednesdays, but they won't be wordless posts like others do - I am incapable of having a wordless post.
Here is one of the most precious (to me) images from my Seaver/Carringer family collection:
Linda had these T-shirts made especially for the 2008 SCGS Genealogy Jamboree in Burbank, since it was our first conference and she thought we needed to stand out in the crowd. We did receive some attention.
This was also the first conference where there were official bloggers, and a "Blogger's Summit" panel to discuss genealogy blogging and to answer questions from the audience.
The panel, from the left: Leland Meitzler, Dick Eastman, Megan Smolenyak, George Morgan, Steve Danko, Schelly Dardashti, Randy Seaver, and the moderator, Paula Hinkel (standing).
Naturally, the geneabloggers had a picture (although not everyone got the message, I fear):
In the back, from the left: Leland Meitzler, Schelly Talalay Dardashti, Randy Seaver, Craig Manson, Elizabeth O'Neal.
Seated, from the left: Kathryn Doyle, Dick Eastman, George Morgan, Steve Danko.
I will share more photos from this conference in the coming weeks.

Love the shirts. Leave it to Linda to do that! Too funny.
