Genealogy Day in San Diego in Words and Pictures

My SDGS and CVGS colleague, J. Paul Hawthorne, has posted a summary of the October 10th Genealogy Day held at the San Diego History Center.  The summary is Genealogy Day 2015 A Success! on the San Diego Genealogical Council blog.

I was honored to be asked to speak on "Social Media and Networking for Genealogists" in two sessions after the excellent Keynote address by CeCe Moore.  Paul took some pictures of each session.  Here is one from my session:

See Paul's blog post for more information about the program.  There were several display tables in the History Center for local genealogical and historical societies to provide information about specific genealogical resources.  Paul has photographs of each of them in his blog post.
