Treasure Chest Thursday -- 1671 Birth Record of Grace Warrin (1671-1753) in Watertown, Massachusetts

It's Treasure Chest Thursday - a chance to look in my digital image files to see what treasures I can find for my family history and genealogy musings.

The treasure today is the 1671 birth entry for Grace Warren in the Watertown, Massachusetts town records book:

The birth entry is the 6th entry from the bottom of the left-hand column:

The transcription of this record is:

"Grace Warrin daughter of Danill and
Mary Warrin borne the 14 of March [1671]"

The source citation for this record is:

"Massachusetts, Town and Vital Records, 1620-1988," indexed database and digital image, Ancestry.com (https://www.ancestry.com : accessed 6 October 2021), Watertown > Births, Marriages and Deaths > page 70 (image 154 of 3991), Grace Warrin birth entry, 14 March 1670/1.

This is an entry in a handwritten Watertown, Massachusetts town record book.  It is an Original Source record with Primary Information and Direct Evidence of the birth of Grace Warrin on 14 March 1671 in Watertown, Massachusetts Bay.

Grace Warren (1671-1753) was the daughter of Daniel and Mary (Barron) Warren of Watertown.  She married Joseph Morse (1667-1733) in 1690 in Watertown, Massachusetts Bay.  They are my 7th great-grandparents through their daughter Mary Morse (1697-????) who married James Maynard (1694-????) in 1719 in Marlborough.
