Linda and Grandson Lucas (Age 1) in 2004 -- Post 706 of (Not So) Wordless Wednesday

 I can't help it, I can't do a wordless post! This is one of my favorite photographs: 

In early September 2004, we drove north to the San Francisco Bay area to celebrate the first birthday of our first grandchild, Lucas, in the Santa Cruz area.  We finally made it to Petaluma, where the father of my grandson Lucas is from, and we visited his family there.  At the shopping center, I took this photo of my wife Linda holding our first grandchild, Lucas, age 1.  It was a happy day - Lucas (and all of us) got birthday cake at the end.
