4)  NOTES (with source citations as indicated in brackets):

The name Bathrick is in the early Massachusetts records as Bathrick, Batherick, Baverick, Badrick and other spellings.  The History of Arlington book defines the John Bathrick family[1].

John "Baverick" was born 12 May 1702 in Cambridge, Massachusetts Bay, the son of Thomas and Elizabeth (Lynn) (Beeger) Bathrick of Cambridge[2].

He was married three times.  First, at age 18 with Mary --?-- (1702?-1726?) in about 1720, probably in Cambridge[1]. They had three children:

*  David Bathrick (1722-1794), married 1742 Lydia Maynard (1722-1822).
*  Elisabeth Bathrick (1723-1784), married 1745 James Brooks (1723-1801).
*  Mary Bathrick (1725-????), married 1747 Isaac Brooks (1720-1760).

Mary (--?--) Bathrick died sometime after 24 December 1725 when daughter Mary was born, and before John married, secondly, in about 1727 to Elizabeth Godding (1708-1747), perhaps in Charlestown[1].  They had six children, born in either Cambridge or Arlington, Massachusetts Bay:

*  John Bathrick (1728-1781), married 1754 Mary Hastings (1733-????).
*  Henry Bathrick (1732-????).
*  Timothy Bahrick (1737-????).
*  Hannah Bathrick (1741-????).
*  Josiah Bathrick (1743-1743).
*  Lydia Bathrick (1746-1749).

Elizabeth (Godding) Bathrick died on 18 June 1747 in Arlington.  John Bathrick married, thirdly, on 24 December 1747 in Cambridge to Ruth Hooke (1715-1795)[1,3].  They had three children, all recorded in Arlington, Massachusetts:

*  Ruth Bathrick (1748-1754).
*  Lydia Bathrick (1752-????).
*  Ruth Bathrick (1754-????).

It is not known if any of the children, besides David and John, married or had children.

John Bathrick died 3 June 1769 in Arlington, Massachusetts (also recorded in Cambridge) at age 67[1,4-5].

There is no burial record for John Bathrick on Find A Grave, and there is no probate record for John Bathrick in the Middlesex County Probate Record books.

NOTE: In 2014, Amy Johnson Crow suggested a weekly blog theme of "52 Ancestors" in her blog post 52 Ancestors in 52 Weeks on the No Story Too Small blog. I have extended this theme in 2022 for a ninth year to 468 Ancestors in 468 Weeks. The (incomplete) list of 52 Ancestors biographies from my great-grandparents to the 7th great-grandparents (in work) is in https://www.geneamusings.com/p/ancestor-biographies.html.
