Mary Morgan was born in about 1676, probably in Flushing, New York, the daughter of Charles and Elizabeth (Feake) Morgan[1].

Mary married Jan/John Bloetgoet/Bloodgood (1672-1716) before 1694 in New York[1-2].  He was the son of Francis Janszen and Lysbeth Janse (Van Gouda) Bloetgoet. They had six children[1]:

*  Francis Bloodgood (1694-1766), married 1717 Judith Shotwell (?) (1697-1766).
*  John Bloodgood (1696-1756), married 1728 Sarah Brinckerhoff (1709-1760).
*  William Bloodgood (1698-1756), married 1726 Mary Gach (1700-1760).

*  Deborah Bloodgood (1705-1749), married 1735 Byerly Bashford (1710-1794).

John Bloodgood died intestate before 18 May 1716 when a "certain document was prepared, signed and sealed by Governor Robert Hunter, Esq., concerning John's widow Mary and the settlement of his affairs."[1]

Mary (Morgan) Bloodgood married, secondly, Captain James Savage[2] in about 1718, probably in Flushing[1].  Mary is mentioned in the 1720 will of her father, Charles Morgan of Perth Amboy, New Jersey, as the wife of Captain James Savage[3].

James Savage owned property adjoining the Presbyterian churchyard at Perth Amboy, New Jersey, and after hi death  Mary Savage deeded this property to her son, William Bloodgood  on 24 August 1730[1].

Mary died after 24 August 1730, probably in Perth Amboy, New Jersey.  There is no probate record for her in the New Jersey Calendar of Wills[1].
