Sally Seaver (1928-1963) was born 12 April 1928 in Berkeley, Alameda County, California, the daughter of Talcott Whittemore and Genevieve K. (Webber) Seaver. She died 22 December 1963 in San Rafael, Marin County, California. She married (1) Morris Sexton Whitehead (1924-1993) on 22 December 1945 in Los Angeles, California. They had one child:
* Michael Seaver Whitehead (1946-????).
Sally married (2) Douglas John Delafountain (1924-2001) on 15 March 1958 in Marin County, California.
I am an 8th cousin 2 times removed to Sally (Seaver) (Whitehead) Delafountain, with our common Seaver ancestor my 9th great-grandfather, Robert Seaver (1608-1683).
There are over 10,000 Seaver "stories" in my family tree - and this is one of them. Life happens, accidentally and intentionally, and sometimes a person dies fairly young. I am glad that I can honor Sally (Seaver) (Whitehead) Delafountain today.
You never know when a descendant or relative will find this blog post and learn something about their ancestors or relatives, or will provide more information about them to me.
