There is some speculation that Mary LNU's name was Marable Underwood, a maid servant to Richard Carver.

Interesting post . . I have also seen speculation that Mary LNU 1619-1705 (daughter of Nicholas Guy (d 1631) was married to Joseph Tainter (1613-1690). Tainter emmigrated as a servant with Nicholas and his daughter Mary aboard the "Confidence" from England in Apr 1638 and arrived in Jun in Massachusetts Bay Colony. As Joseph is my 9th great-grandfather, I too am interested in what may, hopefully, some day be resolved.
