52 Ancestors - Week 320: #531 Sarah (Clark) Hubbard (1681-1720) of Concord, Massachusetts

Sarah Clark (1681-1720)  is number 531 on my Ahnentafel List, my 7th great-grandmother, who married #530 Samuel Hubbard (1687-1753)   in 1709 in Concord, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.

I am descended through:

Sarah Clark was born 14 July 1681 in Boston, Massachusetts Bay Colony, the daughter of Samuel and Rachel (Nichols) Clark of Boston  and then Concord[3].

She married Samuel Hubbard (1687-1753) of Concord on 8 December 1709 in Concord, Massachusetts Bay[1-2].  The Concord town record book says:
"Samuel Hubburd and Sarah Clark both of Concord were marryed by y^e Rever^nd M^r Joseph Estabrooke December y^e 8th day, 1709"
They had five children:, and their births were recorded in the Concord town record book

*  Ephraim Hubbard (1710-1791), married (1) 1739 Ruth Gates (1716-1742), married (2) 1744 Sarah Billings (1719-????).
*  Mary Hubbard (1712-1754), married 1732 Amos Gates (1706-1783).
*  Samuel Hubbard (1714-1783), married (1) 1738 Eunice Woodward (1717-1749); married (2) 1750 Abigail Flagg (1721-1772); married (3) 1779 Elizabeth Brooks (1730-1807).
*  Sarah Hubbard (1716-1802), married 1732 Samuel Jones (1707-1802).
*  Lois Hubbard (1718-????).

Sarah (Clark) Hubbard died on 25 July 1720 in Concord, at age 39[2,4-5].  The entry in the Concord town record book says:
"Sarah Hubburd the wife of Samuel Hubburd Dyed July y^e 25: day 1720."
Sarah (Clark) Hubburd was buried in the Old Hill Burying Ground in Concord.  The inscription on her stone says[5]:
"Here lyes ye Body

of M^s Sarah
Hubburd, Wife
to Mr. Samuel
Hubburd, Died
July 24, 1720
aged 39 Years"
Sarah (Clark) Hubbard died before her parents died in Concord.  Her father did not have leave probate record.
