Today, one of them is to a web page titled "A Millennium of Records, Seminal Dates in English Genealogy" by Roy Stockdill, written in 2004. There is also a link to the article "The Newbies Guide to Genealogy & Family History" by Roy Stockdill at http://www.genuki.org.uk/gs/Newbie.html.
Both of these pages are very helpful to researchers interested but inexperienced in English genealogy, like me. I've added them to my Favorites list.
